While I was at school today I had a nice surprise waiting for me in my vending machine hot chocolate. I thought, "hey this stuff can't be that bad, I might as well try it out" so I put the $.55 in the machine, pressed the numbers and it poured my hot chocolate. When I went back to the lounge to enjoy its steamy goodness, I saw something around the rim that looked like little chocolate flakes but as I looked closer I realized those little chocolate flakes had little legs and a head. Those chocolate flakes were actually ants! So there I was with a whole colony of boiling ants......the moral of the story is never ever trust food from a vending machine, no matter how hungry you are.

I realized today that Universities across the country have a conspiracy against college kids to make them as fat as possible. All you can eat buffets as far as the eye can see.....The only thing keeping me slightly less fat is the fact that I burn so much energy trying to stay warm walking between classes. See! The cold IS good for something!

Uneventful weekend.....consisted of LOTS of nachos. I realized today that if I had to bring one food to a deserted island with me, it would be an unlimited supply of Tostitos Gold and salsa.

Back to school, back to school. I can't complain though. I had an awesome break seeing my friends and going to Vegas with my girlfriend for a week and a half. Ben and Wyatt came up to Buffalo last night. After some wrong turns (290 east?) we eventually made it to Casino Niagara where we played some slots and blackjack. None of us knew what the hell we were doing at blackjack, but we eventually figured it out. Next time we'll hit up the bars....maybe when it's not 20 below fuckin zero.
Wow, been going out with Linds for 7 months this saturday.....still so amazing in every single way. :)
