Today I had two tests, but surprisingly they weren't too bad. So to relax after my exams I went to Wegmans and as I was picking out some pears to buy I noticed that they were 1.49/lb. Now since I don't really know what a good price for pears is, I asked the little old lady next to me if it was a good price. Well, she explained to me for about 10 min that pears are always expensive but very good and that the best way to get them to ripen is to put them in a brown paper bag under the sink....I love old people :)

I'm sick of this election already, just get over with it already.....for one, I'm sick of seeing Bush's little grin in the debates. He thinks he can just use his good looks and little jokes to sway the american people, well look out because Jaws a.k.a. John Kerry is going to use his brains to outwit him.

Haunted houses are cool, especially ones with little kids with chainsaws. Me and lindsay went to one last night at the Erie County Fairgrounds and it was pretty scary. Complete with a dizzying rotating walkway at the end and crazy gorillas.....

So I joined World Gym a couple weeks ago......I never thought I'd pay to join a real gym, but I do have to say it makes me want to work out. Maybe the next time you see me I won't have a neck....

Part of a recent email I received from my good friend Joe Holler who is currently working in Tanzania for the Peace Corps.....
" Dude, I found a laser! It was attatched to the head of a Talapia fish in lake victoria. Could it be a new plot? Mini-Me Meets Tanzania!!! The Gods really must be crazy. I don't know, somehow sharks are a lot more intimidating, and less tasty fried, than Talapia fish." Is it me, or does this sound like the ramblings of a crazy man?

My friend Bob informed me today while we were studying that if Snoop Dogg did in fact have high blood pressure the drug he would be taking would be Fosinopril (F-oh-sigh-n-oh-pril) Fo shizzle.

I was kind of pissed when i first read this headline across today's issue of the Spectrum which read, "Hoobastank Pulls Out of Spring Fest: Officials quickly replace Campus Invasion Tour with Hanson, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Savage Garden." My first thought was "Mmmm...bop?, how can those bastards still be famous." My next thought was, "Hey, maybe this won't be so bad, Toad the Wet Sprocket would be awesome!" I would actually rather see Toad the Wet Sprocket than Hoobastank. As I was reading along through the paper and saw other fishy headlines, such as "Quota to Limit Female Admissions from Long Island" and an article describing how some RA's were fired for "cursing and open-mouth kissing" I became a little skeptic. If only I would have looked at the very top of the paper where it said April Fools Issue, I might have prevented myself from looking like an idiot. You got me UB, but only this once.

Water
You are water. You're not really organic; you're
neither acidic nor basic, yet you're an acid
and a base at the same time. You're strong
willed and opinionated, but relaxed and ready
to flow. So while you often seem worthless,
without you, everything would just not work.
People should definitely drink more of you
every day.

Wow, I haven't posted anything for a while now....just been a little busy. Spring break went by too fast as usual. I worked 28 hours and the rest of the time i spent with lindsay. So i watched School of Rock last night and I have to say it was quite funny. Jack Black teaching a bunch of kids about Rock and roll....how can you go wrong? For any of you interested in forming a band for the summer, let me know. And yes wyatt, you can play the tambourine. :)

Only two more days until spring break! Even though I'm just going home, I can't wait to get out of buffalo for a little while. Need a change of scenery, even if it is Jamestown. Ok, I need to go for a run....it's way too nice outside. Peace homies.

Heeeey, I'm back in Buffalo! Albany was awesome! Got to see my baby which was the best part of the trip, but we also did some interesting things. We drove around the actual city of albany for a while trying to find the visitor's center which contained a planetarium and some exhibits. Man, albany is a sad sad city.....garbage everywhere and so many dilapitated houses. It makes me start to wonder how pathetic our state is when the capital looks like it just got hit by an A-bomb. So we finally found the visitor's center but unfortunately we missed the planetarium show. We still got to walk around the exhibits tracing the history of Albany, which was kind of cool. I bet you didn't know that until 1986 all billiard balls were made in albany, ny. Yeah, that's right.

When i have my own house, I think i'll build a huge underground vault to keep all my money in. It's not that I don't trust the bank or think that they might run out of money.....I'm just lazy. I would rather be able to walk downstairs and get however much money I wanted than have to get into my car and drive somewhere. Or maybe I could build a giant piggie bank that can only be smashed with one of those swinging crane thingees! Yeah!

I'm off to Albany to visit my baby tomorrow......YAY!

I'm listening to the Sting song "Fields of Gold." As cool as that would be to walk through a field of gold, I don't think it would be too comfortable.

On another note, i'm going skiing tonight before all the snow melts......yahhhhhhhhhh!

Guy walks into a bar and uses this pickup line: Hey baby, how about we go back to my place and have some steak and you give me a blowjob?

Girl: Um, no you sicko.

Guy: What? You don't like steak?

create your own visited states map
or write about it on the open travel guide

I think I've at least driven through these states, but most of them I've stayed the night in or visited sights there. Next on the list: California or Maine

While I was at school today I had a nice surprise waiting for me in my vending machine hot chocolate. I thought, "hey this stuff can't be that bad, I might as well try it out" so I put the $.55 in the machine, pressed the numbers and it poured my hot chocolate. When I went back to the lounge to enjoy its steamy goodness, I saw something around the rim that looked like little chocolate flakes but as I looked closer I realized those little chocolate flakes had little legs and a head. Those chocolate flakes were actually ants! So there I was with a whole colony of boiling ants......the moral of the story is never ever trust food from a vending machine, no matter how hungry you are.

I realized today that Universities across the country have a conspiracy against college kids to make them as fat as possible. All you can eat buffets as far as the eye can see.....The only thing keeping me slightly less fat is the fact that I burn so much energy trying to stay warm walking between classes. See! The cold IS good for something!

Uneventful weekend.....consisted of LOTS of nachos. I realized today that if I had to bring one food to a deserted island with me, it would be an unlimited supply of Tostitos Gold and salsa.

Back to school, back to school. I can't complain though. I had an awesome break seeing my friends and going to Vegas with my girlfriend for a week and a half. Ben and Wyatt came up to Buffalo last night. After some wrong turns (290 east?) we eventually made it to Casino Niagara where we played some slots and blackjack. None of us knew what the hell we were doing at blackjack, but we eventually figured it out. Next time we'll hit up the bars....maybe when it's not 20 below fuckin zero.

Wow, been going out with Linds for 7 months this saturday.....still so amazing in every single way. :)
