Part of a recent email I received from my good friend Joe Holler who is currently working in Tanzania for the Peace Corps.....
" Dude, I found a laser! It was attatched to the head of a Talapia fish in lake victoria. Could it be a new plot? Mini-Me Meets Tanzania!!! The Gods really must be crazy. I don't know, somehow sharks are a lot more intimidating, and less tasty fried, than Talapia fish." Is it me, or does this sound like the ramblings of a crazy man?
